About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a London New Year’s Eve viewing-zone ticket or experience from Skycore London Fireworks NYE (“Skycore”, “we”, “us”). Skycore acts as an authorised independent ticket reseller and is not the organiser of the Mayor of London’s fireworks event.
Your contract is with Skycore for the products shown in your order. An experience may also be subject to the operator’s reasonable admission, safety and conduct conditions, which will be provided with or before confirmation where applicable.
Customer contact: bookings@londonfireworksnye.co.uk.
Booking and contract formation
Selecting a product and submitting payment is an offer to buy. A binding booking is formed when Square confirms payment and we issue a Skycore booking reference. If inventory cannot be confirmed, we will reject the order and return any captured payment to the original payment method.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact details. Check the zone, river side, date, quantity, accessibility requirements and experience arrival time before paying.
Prices and payment
The total shown at checkout is the amount charged in pounds sterling. Mandatory charges and taxes are included unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Skycore resale prices may differ from the original ticket price.
Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number. A Square receipt confirms payment; your Skycore reference identifies the booking.
Tickets, delivery and admission
Digital tickets and final joining instructions are sent to the purchaser’s email address. Delivery timing may depend on release by the event organiser or experience operator. We will tell you about a material delay.
A ticket admits one person to the named product, subject to its stated conditions. You may be asked for the booking confirmation, ticket, matching identification and any evidence required for an accessible area. Altered, duplicated, cancelled or unlawfully obtained tickets may be refused.
Viewing zones and experiences
Colour zones have separate entrances and controlled routes. Customers generally cannot move between zones, so every member of a group should hold entry for the same colour. Maps, gates, timings, transport advice and sightlines may change for operational or safety reasons.
A cruise, dinner or party experience does not include official viewing-zone entry unless the product description expressly says it does. Boarding times are strict and late arrival may be treated as a missed booking.
Gifts and transfers
You may purchase for another person where the ticket conditions permit transfer. You remain responsible for the accuracy of recipient information and for ensuring the recipient receives these terms and all event instructions. A gift does not extend cancellation or refund rights.
Cancellations, refunds and changes
These bookings concern leisure services for a specified date. They are non-refundable once confirmed unless the product listing expressly offers a cancellation right, we cannot supply the booked product, or your statutory rights require a remedy.
If the event or experience is cancelled and no suitable replacement is offered, we will refund the amount we are legally responsible to return. If it is rescheduled or materially changed, we will explain the available remedy. Travel, accommodation and other consequential costs are not reimbursed except where the law requires.
Weather, security measures, crowd controls, transport disruption, artist or menu changes, and restricted views do not automatically create a right to a refund where the booked event or experience still takes place substantially as described.
Customer responsibilities
Follow the organiser’s, venue’s and operator’s rules, security searches, age restrictions, prohibited-item rules and staff instructions. Arrive within the stated entry or boarding window. Admission may be refused for unsafe, abusive, intoxicated or unlawful conduct without a refund.
Tell us about access requirements before booking. The Orange accessible zone and accessible experience arrangements may require supporting information under the applicable organiser policy.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise their effect and communicate material changes.
Questions and complaints
Email bookings@londonfireworksnye.co.uk with your name, booking reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the booking record and respond through the purchaser’s verified email address.
Privacy
We use purchaser, recipient and booking information to take payment, prevent fraud, fulfil tickets, provide support and meet legal obligations. Square processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Operators receive only the information reasonably needed to fulfil the booked experience.
We retain records only as long as needed for booking support, accounting, disputes and legal compliance. To ask about your personal information, email bookings@londonfireworksnye.co.uk.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you. We may update these terms for future bookings; the version supplied with your confirmation applies to your order.
